Set up FeeBee for Shopify POS

FeeBee works with Shopify POS. Add the POS Fees tile to manage fees that appear separately from products, including order fees. Fees using Bundle with product are added with their products automatically.

Add the POS Fees tile

1. Open Shopify POS and go to the smart grid.
2. Select Add tile → App → FeeBee → POS Fees.
3. Save the grid and repeat these steps for any other smart grids your staff use.

The POS Fees tile shows whether separate fees are enabled.

How the tile affects fees

• Bundle with product: The fee stays with its product. The tile does not turn it off.
• Bundle with fees and order fees: FeeBee adds these fees while the tile shows Enabled and removes them when it shows Disabled.

Tap the tile to switch separate fees on or off. Check that it shows Enabled before starting the next sale.

The tile affects all applicable separate fees. FeeBee does not currently provide a separate Online Store or POS setting for each fee.

The Handling Fee appears under Fees, while the bottle deposit stays with BeeUp Drink.

Compare the Type of Fee options→

Check the setup

1. Add a product that should receive a fee.
2. Confirm that the fee appears as expected.
3. Disable and re-enable POS Fees, then complete a test sale.

If the tile is missing

Return to the smart grid and select Add tile → App → FeeBee → POS Fees. Staff need permission to customize the smart grid.

If the dashboard still reports POS as inactive, reopen FeeBee after adding the tile.
