Handle FeeBee fees in fulfillment
FeeBee fee products do not require shipping by default. When an order also contains physical products, Shopify may place the products and fees in separate fulfillment groups.
Shopify does not let you exclude only the fee lines from fulfillment. Choose how you want to handle them:

Fulfill fees with physical products
Enable Requires shipping on each FeeBee fee product in Shopify. Shopify can then place the fee and physical product in the same fulfillment group, so both are fulfilled with the shipment.
Test your shipping rates and a completed fulfillment after making this change.
Find and edit FeeBee products in ShopifyAuto-fulfill fees with Shopify Flow
Use FeeBee’s Flow template when you want fee lines completed automatically without changing how your physical products are fulfilled.
Open the FeeBee Flow template- Select Install.
- Review the workflow.
- Turn it on.
If the link does not open the template, browse templates in Shopify Flow and search for Fulfill all FeeBee fees when order is created.
The workflow fulfills only FeeBee fee lines. Physical products keep their normal fulfillment state, and customers do not receive a fulfillment notification for the fee.
Keep the FeeBee fee tag on every fee product while using the workflow.
Test the setup
Place an order containing a physical product and a fee. Confirm that the fee is fulfilled automatically, the physical product remains ready for your normal fulfillment process, and the Flow run has no errors.
Disable it
Turn off the workflow in Shopify Flow when you no longer want fees fulfilled automatically.
