Target products, variants, and collections

Use product targeting to decide which items receive a product fee. You can cover your entire catalog, select individual products or variants, or use Shopify collections to manage a larger group.

Choose the option that best matches how you already organize your products. This makes the fee easier to maintain as your catalog changes.

Compare the options

Option Best for Keep in mind
All Products The same fee applies to every supported product You cannot exclude individual products
Specific Products A small, stable product list or only certain variants New products and variants are not selected automatically
Specific Collections Larger or changing groups managed with Shopify collections A product in more than one selected collection receives the fee once

All Products

Choose All Products when every supported product needs the same fee. This option does not have an exclusion list. If some products must remain fee-free, use Specific Products or Specific Collections instead.

Specific Products

Choose Specific Products, then select products in Shopify’s picker. You can limit the fee to particular variants.

Use variant targeting when only certain sizes, packages, or deposit types need the fee. Newly created variants are not selected automatically.

Specific Collections

Choose Specific Collections when Shopify collections already describe the group that needs the fee.

If a product belongs to more than one selected collection, FeeBee applies the fee once.
